What Is A Christian?

"What is a Christian?" - is a question that doesn't always produce the same answer. There are perceptions and then there is the accurate answer from God's word. With this week's podcast, Phil Roberts gives us that accurate answer. After listening to this sermon, I suppose each of us should ask the question, "Am I a Christian?"

The Widow And Her Two Mites

One of the most helpful things about the teaching ability of the late Phil Roberts is how he looked at passages in the bible from all angles. That ability shines through in this sermon about something that's mentioned in God's word with only a sentence or two. Listen as we think about the widow that was motivated to give more than was expected. She apparently doesn't know Jesus is watching and it serves as a reminder that Jesus is watching us as well.

Stewardship

Stewardship is a word we don't use very much but it simply means our oversight of things that have been placed under our control. What we often fail to see is just how many things God has placed in our hands. This is not only a problem I have had but something we all wrestle with from time to time. Are you a good steward?
