There are times in our life when pressure and overload can cause us to have a lack of patience. Patience and long suffering is a characteristic we strive to have in our effort to live Godly lives. Why God Seems So Distant

Years ago there was a beautiful song made popular by Bette Midler called "From A Distance". Although it was beautiful to listen to, the lyrics were terribly incorrect. It proposed that God was only watching from a distance and couldn't see what really was happening. The truth is that God sees us very clearly but our sin prevents us from seeing Him.

With this week's podcast, Thaxter Dickey shows the real cause as to why God seems so distant at times and what we can do to correct it.
