The Four Soils
Our Podcast this week is an interesting discussion about the parable that most of us know as "The Parable Of The Sower". The speaker, Phil Roberts, explains the parable from the point of view of the listener and also explains the meaning as it is applicable for us today.

The First New Testament Gospel Sermon
Our last Podcast was the first sermon recorded in the Old Testament so I thought the logical next step is to post the first Gospel sermon recorded in the New Testament. This sermon was preached by the apostle Peter on Pentecost immediately after the establishment of the church.
Follow along as Phil Roberts explains in detail this very important sermon that was preached so many years ago yet has applications even for today.

The First Old Testament Sermon
Imagine if you were living during the time of Moses and you sat down in a comfortable spot to hear your first sermon. What do you think you would hear knowing it was the first sermon God thought was important enough to record for future generations?
This sermon contains so many important things that you owe it to yourself to listen closely and to listen more than once!

Honor Your Father And Mother
Do you always honor your parents? Do your children always honor you? Each one of us, of course, has heard this commandment all our lives and we would all agree it's a practice that's not only appropriate but a matter of common courtesy.
The thing that makes this podcast so important is the fact that so many people don't realize the far reaching effects of this simple command - even more, the far reaching detrimental effects that can threaten the very fabric of our nation when this command is ignored.
This podcast is without a doubt a "must hear" sermon!
